Our Story

Life is full of unexpected turns, moments that test our strength and push us in ways we never imagined. For our founder, Jane Endres Mangold, this moment was her husband’s cancer diagnosis.

Married later in life, Jane and her husband had not yet completed their estate plans or updated all their financial accounts, believing there was time to address the details. As they navigated a myriad of medical appointments and tests; they realized the importance of organizing their affairs. Her husband underwent chemo and immunotherapy treatments and eventually went into remission, while she started gathering and organizing critical documents and researching estate attorneys. The experience was eye-opening. It revealed to the founder just how unprepared most people are for life-altering events, leaving loved ones with the emotional and logistical burden of figuring things out on their own.

Determined to turn her personal challenge into something meaningful, Jane embarked on a mission: to help others navigate critical preparations with compassion and clarity.
